4. Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

As the name suggests, this pose requires you to engage your entire body. Start by lying down on a flat surface, lifting both legs together upwards, supporting your lower back with your hands. Keep your legs straight and try to bring them directly above your head, forming a straight line with your body.

This pose might be challenging to perform alone initially, so you can use a wall for support. Start with holding the pose for 30 seconds and gradually increase the duration as you get comfortable.
